Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an energetic, organized and friendly Office Assistant (Secretary) who is in charge of performing administrative and office support activities for director manager. •Main Responsibilities: -Register all the incoming & outgoing letters in the index of the office & automation system -Answer direct calls, setting and reminding schedules and meetings of director -Prepare the contract of employee, update their files and archives them -Report employee's attendance -Control and report the inventory of the storage of the office supply -Reporting to: Director -Registration of commercial names & industrial designs -Supervision of service staff, order and cleanliness of offices -Working time: Saturday – Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. 17:00 p.m. / Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 13:00 p.m. *It’s a Full time position

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree -5 years related experience in reliable company -Excellent organizational and written skills (Typing Farsi or English) -Strong public relation & communication -Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Perseverance and a strong effective follow up -Familiar whit manual archives -Familiar with office & automation system software -Punctual, active, accurate, exhaustive, flexible and patient -Eager to learn and find creative solutions for managing challenges and tasks -Good memory -Capable of effective working relationships and teamwork skills -Gender Preference: Female (preferred married) -Ideal Age Range: 22 - 35
