List of responsibilities: Answering the clients
Providing the clients with correct information and responding them.
Answering phone calls and giving information to clients, taking messages or transferring calls to appropriate individuals
Set up appointment schedules and meetings of the manager according to the scheduled accomplishment
Collecting information required by the manager to compile classified reports and charter tables.
Creating communication and accountability to colleagues to advance actions
Filing the letters, received and sent sms and email, coordinating the meetings
Supporting the department with general operations to help reach the team’s objective. .
Typing letters and paperwork
Reporting to: Board of directors.
Length of Probation Period: one month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 6:00 Pm.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: Net 2.5 to 3 million tomans per month.

- University Qualifications: No Limits.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 Years.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Friendly and professional demeanor
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Energetic, self-motivated with a good team work spirit
- Enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Having a good and accurate typing speed in Persian
