Reporting to: Managing director
Subordinates: No subordinates
Length of Probation Period: 2 Week
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 am to 5:30 pm and Thursday 9 am to 2:30 pm
Travel requirements: No travel requirement
Gross Monthly Base Salary: 1.350.000 per month

- Handling all office management
- Investigate and handle SSO& tax related cases
- Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded
- Appropriately and accurately
- Prepare regular accounting reports
- Facilitate and complete monthly account close procedures
- Maintaining the accounting records all aspects of routine accounting
Requirements:
- Bachelor in
- At least 2 years direct experience preferably in service provider companies
- Ideal age: 20 to 35 candidates should be able to be flexible with different working hours
- Acceptable knowledge in MS office specially outlook, word & excel
- Ability to work with administration automation software
- Team work ability
- Punctuality
- Desired start date: as soon as possible
