- Responsible for the daily functions of the department. In charge of managing all administrative functions.
-Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Organize & Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Preparing, typing and archiving letters and documents.
- Interacting efficiently with all staff and department.
- Implement and maintain office system.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in related areas
- The ability to perform multi tasks, detail oriented, and delivering the tasks on time.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Ideal age 22-35
