Job Description

• Handle emails and letters properly • Handling telephone enquiries and requests, email, faxes and post • Greeting company visitors • Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments • Organizing and attending meetings • Following up tasks as delegated • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff • Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information • Arranging travel and accommodation • Translation, English to Farsi and vice versa

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree • Fluent in both English and Farsi, written and spoken - German would be an advantage. • Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Internet. • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Minimum 2 years relevant experience • Committed to delivering a professional job • Excellent references • Punctual, self-driven and motivated with a sense of humor • Passionate about delivering quality and precise job
