- Coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, and conferences, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars
- Register all incoming and outgoing letters
- Sending and receiving Fax
- Managing all day- to - day office operations
- Preparing daily reports
- Qualifying all sales leads and opportunities, ensuring all communications are lead to an official meeting
- Analyze markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company.
- Compile and track sales data.

- Participate at trade fairs and other events.
- Handle both field and indoor sales activities.

Requirements
- Being a good listener and attention to details
- Good skill of writing in both English and Farsi
- Minimum 2 year of working experience as a Secretary
- Having time management and organizational skills
- Responsible, reliable and creative.
- Professional with Internet searching, outlook, MS Office and familiar with CRM is an asset.
- Negotiation skills – Multitasking
- Capability of marketing in social media, internet, also improving the methods of marketing in order to achieve the desired target.
