- Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently
- Preparing (type and print) required documents/letters/etc. & filing, sending and receiving faxes, Sending & receiving e-mails
- Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals)
- Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols
- Arranging meetings and any office works (scheduling and event calendars)
- Follow up her manager orders’ and assigned tasks at different stages
Requirements
- University degree BSc.
- At least 2 years of experience of office works.

- Having a fast and accurate typing speed in English and Persian;
- Accuracy, Excellent organizational skills, Confidentiality, Planning and Time management excellent communication and interpersonal skills
