Main responsibilities:
- To operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems.
- To answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- To welcome and assist customers, clients, visitors in the office
- Prepare, report and handle confidential and sensitive Documents.
- To Plans events and activities related to management office.
Requirements
Other certifications: icdl1, icdl2
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary
- Excellent in operating office equipment
- Excellent in public relations
- Dynamic and energetic
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft office)
