- Expenses book keeping
- Answering phone calls
- Sending and receiving faxes
- Assisting the management in other tasks and activities
- Arrangement of all flights and hotels for business and other trips,
- Booking ticket/ hotel/ restaurant
- Getting visa
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm + overtime
Requirements
- Having at least 1 year experience as secretary or assistant.( Smart and motivated candidates with no experience will also be considered for the job)
- Honesty and personal maturity- Intelligence
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet
- Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
- High level of organization and self-discipline
- High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities
- Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work
- Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations
- High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
- Smart and fast learner
- Excellent organizational skill
