
Job Description
• Able to handle emails and letters properly • Handling telephone enquiries and requests, email, faxes and post • Greeting company visitors • Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments • Organizing and attending meetings • Following up tasks as delegated • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff • Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information • Arranging travel and accommodation • Translation, English to Farsi and vice versa
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree • Fluent in both English and Farsi, written and spoken -- Turkish would be an advantage • Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Internet. • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Minimum 3 years relevant experience • Committed to delivering a professional job • Excellent references • Sense of humor is a must
