Objective: Responsible for performing a variety of duties mainly for the Managing Director and Company in general.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance mainly to the Managing Director and other company officers as required or as requested including correspondences, typing, information research, filing and drafts memos/letters as appropriate.
- Answer telephone calls, and direct them to corresponding departments.
- Schedule and perform word processing activities; format, revise and print out final copies of complex documents for the employees.
- Maintain the Managing Director calendar.
- Maintain company files, soft and hard
- Performs other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned.

Probation: 3 Months
Working hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8:30am-5pm
Requirements
University qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma
Previous experience: 3 years Experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Farsi.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, among others.
- Excellent preparing business correspondences.
