Job Description

● Carry out administrative affairs related to customers, including sales, tenders, after-sales services, etc. ● Follow up on matters related to tender envelopes. ● Update and correct CRM information and customer affairs. ● Manage incoming calls of the deputy. ● Establish periodic contact with customers and develop relationships with customers. ● Coordinate meetings and working calendar of the deputy.

Requirements

● Sharp-witted and eager to learn and promote the organizational position. ● Proficient in administrative and clerical matters related to sales and tenders. ● Ability to manage time. ● A well-spoken person. ● Proficient in negotiating with customers. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system is an advantage. ● Gender preference: Female.
