Job Description
Sea Freight Operations Expert's focus is to manage sea freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management coordinating with the sales, accounting, and management departments
● Correspond with international and local agents, carriers, and NVOCC for pricing and operations purposes.
● Monitor sea shipments from A-Z.
● Document and liaise with agents, sales team, accounting, and clients.
● Shipment management using company software (CARAVAN)
● Delivery orders, warehouse receipt, and EPL.
● Generate monthly reports for the management.
● Salary: Negotiable.
