Job description:
● Work closely with the Agile coach to align with the Agile principles.
● Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
● Coach team in Agile estimation techniques, make appropriate and realistic commitments, and work closely with product owners.
● Help to create the product road map, coach the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintain a well-refined backlog.
● Organize and facilitate work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, grooming and release planning.
● Coach team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events.
● Drive improvement in team key performance indicators.
● Track the velocity of the team.
● Take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on time.
Requirements
Requirements:
● At least 4 years related experience.
● Educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologies.
● Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
● Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like Kanban, XP, etc.
● Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
● JIRA and Confluence experience.
● Familiar with product management, backlog tracking, and burn down chart, velocity, and user stories, etc.
