Job Description

  • Participate in leading the product and tech teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
  • Help the product management and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate, support, and improve scrum processes, guiding the information flow, and improving team communication to ensure goal alignment.
  • Train the team and implement the Scrum process based on principles and methods.
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the agile framework.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
  • Monitor the quality of completed work at the end of each sprint.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management, Agile methodology, and Scrum framework.
  • Proficiency in PMBOK.
  • Familiar with task management tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Accountable and result-oriented.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • English proficiency.
