● Interact with the product owner and development teams to understand process requirements and SLAs.
● Train and implement scrum processes and monitor them.
● Organize and facilitate scrum sessions.
● Follow up and remove obstacles and bottlenecks affecting the project process.
● Interact with the product owner to create, prioritize and prepare backlog lists, adjust and estimate product versions and release management.
● Assist the development team in self-organizing and getting the functional cross-feature.
● Identify problems in the work process and provide solutions.
● Sprint analysis and workflow to estimate teamwork capacity.
● Generate monitoring reports of the progress of work in each sprint and the status at the end of the sprint.
● Control, follow up and monitor the progress of the activities of the working groups.
● Determine and prepare the required systemic documentation in project management.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT Engineering.
● At least 4 years of work experience related to the field of planning, project control, and Scrum.
● Fluent in Agile methodologies (Scrum, and Kanban), Agile concepts, and its main practices.
● Fluent in IT project planning and control approaches and software product development.
● Familiar with the concepts of service management and ITIL framework and its core processes.
● Experience working with agile project control tools (preferably Jira).
● Experience working with ITIL process implementation tools (preferably JIRA).
● Ability to analyze and extract KPIs.
● Familiarity with Scaled Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe).
