• Train and acquaintance to use of scaffold clamps
• Putting scaffold system into operation
• Introducing contractors to operational procedures, and reminding them of their responsibilities
• Creating cooperation and coordination among contractors about scaffolding
• Creating compiled and classified system regarding installing date, inspections and needed work permits
• To be ensured of rightness and accuracy of scaffold wheels and brake
• To be ensured that the scaffold's slippage surface is flat and smooth
