Job Description
● To recognize the methods, and identify needs and feasibility for implementation in the system in the field of HR.
● To provide support on incidents reported by the end-user community; including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrections to solve issues.
● To monitor the system implementation by consultants or system implementers for performance optimization.
● To train the users regarding the issues related to working processes and software in the field of HCM.
● To understand all developments and initiatives in SAP HCM modules and apply these creatively to client requirements.
● To create, change and manage user access to software.
● To anticipate problems proactively and implement ways to avoid them.
● To identify the reports required by the SAP system and participate in preparing, analyzing, and ensuring the correctness of the performance.
● To act as a liaison between external consultants and the HR team.
