éclair with over 12 years of experience is a holding company that at the moment is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business by entering into cuisine and opening more branches for éclair Patisserie. we have more than 90 employees and looking for a strong and capable salesperson with understanding and passion for this job who can represent our values and products.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer questions about our products, services, and pricing.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Promote our products and services to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for baking and knowledge of cake decorating is a plus.
Proven sales experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
