Job Description

● Trying to realize the policy and goals set by the executive management. ● Proposing improvement solutions to the management for the effectiveness of the management system. ● Communicating with centers. ● Face-to-face negotiation with customers to introduce products and services. ● Telephone or face-to-face communication with customers during the contract period until product and service delivery. ● Setting up sales contracts for customers in coordination with management and sending them to customers. ● Identifying tenders related to the organization's products and services and announcing them to the management to prepare tender documents. ● Reporting visits and meetings held with customers to the manager regularly. ● Updating the list of sales centers. ● Preparing a report informing the management of the results. ● Following up to deliver products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule. ● Issuing pre-invoices and sales invoices for customers based on the price list announced by the management. ● Collaborating with other sales experts to achieve expected results. ● Cooperating and coordinating with the company's financial unit to collect customer claims. ● Attending exhibitions related to products and services and identifying customers and preparing reports to the management.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● At least one year of sales experience. ● Knowledge of the principles and techniques of negotiation. ● Ability to manage emotional and difficult situations. ● Flexible in dealing with other colleagues and customers. ● Neat and tidy.
