-Manage a variety of activities to deliver the annual sales and volume target, which include: develop, maintain and manage the dealers and any other critical business relationships;
-Play a key role of making and executing the overall sales strategies and marketing plans;
-Conduct analysis, research and reports of competitors, customers and markets in order to evaluate the competitiveness, determine the opportunities and develop key account customers;
-Analyzes business performance and delivers recommendations to drive sales growth by using keen knowledge of the market and the customer needs;
-Take care of order fulfillment, parts importing, car delivery and license plate registration.
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Require 10 years sales experience in automotive industry;
-Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and teamwork skills;
-Good at automobile market development, after sales, dealers management and CRM
-Fluent communication in English;
