Sales Support Specialist – Natural Colors

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Support Specialist who thrives in technical products sales environment to support our Natural Colors sales team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for small customers - Provide in-house technical support to distributor’s sales team in the region and also to small customers when necessary - Support on back office activities Others: - Assist with monthly reporting of sales and distributor activities - Support on forecasting, demand and stock planning - Provide timely internal and customer related reports as well as information requested by Business Manager - Regular tell call- Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company’s products and services - Contact potential clients through calls and emails. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures - Organize the sample library and sample requests. Monitor the dispatched samples to customers and assure trials and reports are obtained - Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends - Assist in compiling marketing materials and sales presentations and engage with regional marketing - Translation of technical material - Act as backup for the sales team when they are on duty visiting customers - Maintain CRM system updated - Assist office manager with ad hoc tasks (contact to authorities regarding product registration etc.)
