Job Description

● Elaborating local and import Proforma Invoices. ● Being able to do all related tasks with PI, like issuing PI, SK calculations, placing the order, following the payments, checking all the project steps with Astara, checking the packing list, issuing the invoices. ● Coordinating all sales issues like ordering machines by customers. ● Release the orders for manufacturing and give them to the finance and engineering dep. to start the job. ● Contacting customers for finance issues, informing delivery date of machines, and other relevant issues. ● Checking and synchronizing sales or finance issues with all departments in BTEH. ● Preparing contract. ● Preparing amendment and relevant SK calculation. ● Updating sales contract list. ● Negotiating with BTEH-ML for local projects and for import one with BUZ. ● Controlling and updating the recent status of the project especially in JDI. ● Controlling packing list from BTEH-ML and preparing relevant invoices per month. ● Controlling local machines status list. ● Updating forecast information monthly. ● Updating SOM list weekly. ● Checking customer payment duelist with the head of finance per month.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, an MBA would be a plus. ● 3 years of experience in similar positions or procurement/buyer positions. ● Good knowledge of contracts provisions and preparation. ● Good knowledge of payment methods such as LC (different types: at-sight, usance, refinance) documentary bill, cash, and T/T. ● Familiar with milling machinery. ● Comprehensive computer skills (Office Tools) especially Excel. ● Familiar with photoshop. ● Ideal age range: 30 - 40 years old.
