Job Description

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. - Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives. - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. - Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. - Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. - listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; - Gathering market and customer information; - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements Number required: 1 Desired start date: As soon as possible Gross monthly base salary: Depending on experience and skills

Requirements

- Good communication and management skills - Highly self-motivated - Good Knowledge in Sales and Marketing - Ability of identify opportunities. - Strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office needed
