Job Description

Distribution & Sales Improvement: - To manage the distribution of company brands, including weighted distribution and out of stock, through direct sales operations in order to ensure that availability and out of stock are within defined standards. - To implement promotion programs in order to achieve sales performance for the key strategic brands. - To track distribution targets on a daily basis aligned with key account manager. Trade coverage plan "Effectiveness Supervision & Tracking": - To monitor effectiveness of retail representatives in terms of to be updated balanced, sorted. - To monitor the universe situation in our trade coverage plan. Key Account Management: - To manage key area trade customers in order to build loyalty. - To provide insight about key account for Trade Marketing Representative team. Retail representative operation supervision: - To identify and introduce right candidates for the program and having right talent pool. - To prepare on the job plan for retail representatives. - To prepare development plan for retail representatives. - To do back check of retail representatives execution including free of charge payment and its reconciliation. - To monitor full implementation of all cycle activities by retail representatives. - To be fully aligned with sales managers in order to provide all required docs, reports for sales department.

Requirements

- University Degree/equivalent qualification in marketing, sales, commerce. - Field sales experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a "Trade Marketing Representative". - Experience in people management. - Team leadership skills.
