- Responsible to coach & develop field force of Medical Representatives
- Consolidates the activity reports submitted by Medical Representatives in her/his own region and provides appropriate feedback on reports
- Monitors and reports effectiveness of marketing communications
- Provides regular follow-up and feedback when required
- Updates product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation
- Manages the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district
- Responsible to keep the sales team informed about the market environment(Competitors, market analysis...)
- Plans and implements activities and participates in local meetings and congresses wherever beneficial
- Works according to business ethics procedures
Requirements
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, at least at Senior Medical Representative Level
- Strong experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives
- Profound market and business understanding, planning & organizing
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic & energetic, hard worker, coaching skills
- Team working skills
- Customer-focused & self-developing, initiative, well-organized
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent command of written and spoken Farsi
- Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)
