Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Sabah Industries Group, a leader in the Consumer Goods FMCG sector, seeks an experienced and dynamic sales supervisor to join our team in Bandar Abbas. The Sales Supervisor supports and guides the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual with strong leadership capabilities and sales expertise.

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and market trends.Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve efficiency.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Collect and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.Manage customer relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales supervision and management.Proficiency in sales management software.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and trends.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
