● Monitoring sales processes and reporting to the management.
● Registring sales records.
● Providing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
● Holding meetings with subordinates.
● System reporting.
● Appropriate routing and monthly updating of vendor routing.
● Checking sales achievements with the sellers and announcing the achievement of the goals.
● Being in the area as an OTG with the seller and checking the seller's visit.
● Being in the region as a Back Check to control the presence of the seller in the region.
● Being in the region and having direct communication with dissatisfied customers to solve problems and dissatisfactions.
Requirements
● Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
● At least three years of work experience.
● Ability to analyze and present sales reports.
● Familiarity with sales concepts and skills and knowledge of the 22 districts and suburbs of Tehran.
● Responsibility, people management, effective communication, result orientation, team building and teamwork, change management, and system thinking.
