• Responsible for overall team activities and target achievement.
• Responsible for keeping sales team informed about the market environment (competitors, market analysis...)
• Responsible for coaching & developing medical representatives.
• Responsible for medical representatives' account plans and reports.
• Provide appropriate feedback on reports.
• Check KPI's for medical representatives and follow up on them regularly.
• Plan and implement activities and participate in local meetings and congresses.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing with at least 2 years in any position as supervisor
• Profound market and business understanding
• Medical visiting - CRM and KOL Handling . Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Good presentation & communication skills
• Dynamic team player
• Good command of computer literacy (MS Office Programs) &Good command of the English language
• Ability to travel within the town (as needed)
