Job Description

● Direct sales of fillers to doctors and clinics/responsible for invoice settlement and following the payment. ● Support the sales team in setting its own target, marketing, and sales program. ● Supervise, lead, direct, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve the overall sales target and objectives. ● Assist the sales manager in monitoring, revising, and implementing the sales strategies, objectives, and plans and complete all assigned duties. ● Propose important conferences to the marketing department and effectively participate in the company’s events, workshops, and marketing programs. ● Oversee and ensure effective implementation of medical education and training programs for sales teams and HCPs in assigned territories. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and aesthetic HCPs in designated provinces. ● Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns, and product/service questions. ● Handle and report sales team relations issues, concerns, and incidents to the sales manager. ● Communicate and ensure that all subordinates adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop teams to their full potential, with a naturally collaborative approach. ● Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills. ● Skilled communicator, able to build relationships and engagement with prospective clients and KOLs. ● Strong analytical skills. ● Good knowledge of English in both reading and writing. ● 5 to 7 years of sales experience in a medical-related field, of which, a minimum of 3 years in aesthetic injectables. ● 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. ● Previous experience in fillers market in terms of technical understanding and geography. ● Proficient with MS Office. ● Knowledge of accounting.
