-Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients
-Achieve sales target objectives
-Managing relationships between the companies' domestic representatives
-Creating strategies to optimize and grow our program through established and new networks
-Overseeing the company’s marketing budget related to your sales region
-Setting up seminars with the R&D team in the sales region
-Organize sales staff schedules
-Client needs analysis
-Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
-Solution recommendations
-Sales planning and forecasting
-Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
-Review customer feedback and respond any complaints by visiting their facilities
-Market research to get aware of potentials
-Reporting to: Managing Director
Requirements
-At least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Poultry, Livestock, and/or Aquaculture
-At least 3-5 years of experience in the related role
-Ability to travel locally & abroad
-Effective negotiation skills
-Good command of Microsoft Office package & CRM
-Ability to make and Implement a successful sales strategy
-Preferred Candidates: Animal Nutritionists, DVM's
-Ideal Age Range: 28 - 45
-Good command of English
