- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner

Requirements
- Working in the sales department of an international transportation and forwarding company which earns a good knowledge of shipping process, terms and activities while requires expertise in English language, Incoterms, customer relationship, negotiation, meeting arrangements and etc.
- At least two years of experience in international transport market.
