Job Description
Air France - KLM one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation is currently recruiting in Teheran for a Sales Representative. As a member of Eligasht, PSA for Air France and KLM, you will represent Air France and KLM in the Iranian market. You will contribute to increase the turnover of the country by developing and managing your own portfolio of travel agencies and corporate customers. The main purpose is to understand customer needs, find new prospects, get the business in, follow up and build customer loyalty by being a real business partner. Core Activities: • Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts and travel partners • Define sales strategy and sales call plan for each customer • Prepare and arrange visits and follow up on opportunities and customer requirements • Lead contract negotiations with portfolio corporate accounts and travel partners • Ensure application of pricing and distribution policies and use commercial flexibility • Evaluate performance of existing portfolio and capture untapped potential • Participate in clients' events and develop new relationships • Prospect and analyze business potential of new clients and define and execute sales action plans
Requirements
• University or bachelor degree. • Proven track record in sales, preferable in travel and airline business. • Knowledge of Iranian travel market required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Farsi and English. • Self-driven, commercial and result oriented personality with analytical skills. • Proactive, try to find novel ways to deal with work problems, build relationships, develop influencing strategies and use appropriate interpersonal styles to negotiate. • High level of computer skills and knowledge of MS office programs
