Job Description

● To design, optimize, implement and monitor new and current sales and services processes to increase the quality of them and make sure they are aligned with S&D new plans and initiatives. ● To change/enhance current PPPs of services based on internal and external market research and gap analysis. ● To prepare all Sales and Distribution policies and processes and contribute to defining channel quality standards and find best practices to enhance them. ● To implement, maintain and monitor Quality Management Systems (such as ISO 9001) within sales and distribution. ● To maintain and update sales excellence model in order to ensure continuous improvement in sales regions processes and performance. ● To implement regional sales excellence model within sales channel, proceed related audits and prepare required reports. ● To implement different market research surveys in order to find improvement areas in sales and distribution. ● To conduct competitive research to determine competitors’ strategy (nationally/International) for implementing sales and services and set channel best-practice standards in line. ● To measure, analyze and monitor S&D Processes KPIs to ensure they are met and define corrective actions. ● To perform a gap analysis of quality and analyze reports of key quality indicators for the channels to ensure continuous quality improvement. ● To define sales points and also customer satisfaction factors by defining service levels for each channel segment to measure and track customer satisfaction at the store level. ● To provide reports regarding the Quality of services in the channel based on the QA management’s queries. ● To liaise with A&R division to audit channel process regularly in line with business expectations / follow to close audit items which are raised by A&R for S&D before the due date. ● To follow the items related to CRA assessment and prepare required documents/ follow letters which are received from CRA regarding sales and distribution processes.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Management) or related. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 3 years experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Required to travel extensively.
