● Prepare periodical sales and distribution reports and define and check sales and distribution performance indicators. ● Transform organization data into information for senior managers to make decisions. ● Monitor customer behavior and define corrective measures to maintain and improve customer relationships with the organization. ● Prepare and calculate incentive plans for sales and distribution personnel. ● Analyze sales and distribution processes in the organization and provide improvement plans.

Requirements

● Professional skills in Excel and other related analytical tools. ● Skills in quantitative methods and sales forecasting. ● Ability to analyze, plan and solve problems. ● Experience working with statistical software. The following are considered advantages: ● Experience in sales planning in distribution companies. ● Proficient in Power BI. ● Familiarity with SQL.
