Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Generate reports on metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.
Track, analyze and Compile regular reports of performance and results and document them.
Conduct root cause analysis for sales performance deviations from the targets.
Develop different types of dashboards for monitoring team performances.
Analyze and provide valuable insights about targeting and bonus models of sales teams.
Determine monthly sales target.
Determine monthly and seasonally bonus payments of sales agents.
Design and follow up lead collection projects.
Working closely with other related teams in order to obtain the best results.


Requirement:

At least Bachelor's degree in management, business administration,marketing,industrial engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel,Google Sheets and SQL.
Solid documentation and presentation skills.
Advanced English Language (verbal and written).
Familiarity with data visualization techniques and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and understanding of the unique challenges associated with online retail supply chains.
