This position is responsible to, develop, implement, and recommend sales & marketing strategies for the regions& provinces dealers
This position will manage the sales agent network (dealers) and focus them on creating demand for Mahak soft Co .products & services, a company of Leviton Manufacturing
Requirements
- University Qualifications: MBA or BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field, IT (software & hardware) with Certification Business .
- Nature and length of previous experience: Having work experience in sales and marketing management, Work experience in IT(software & hardware) market, levels in top or middle management experience.
- Specialist knowledge: Familiar with Accounting and Financial Management, High mastering Sales and negotiation techniques, Mastering Principles and techniques of Marketing & advertising.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, directing team works, Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
