Job Description

As a Sales Expert & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for: • Implementing Sales Strategy and Sales Plan to manage a marketing team • Setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy • Making joint marketing and sales calls, and actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the field sales operation • Analyzing market, finding new customers and following up with them as well as following up with old customers to reach the company's target. • Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales • Managing communication between universities, companies, and students • Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets • Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and development • Back linking and providing ad reporting and sufficient experience related to Social media (marketing, technical, and rules governing platforms) • Implementing online marketing strategy through integrated digital marketing, Creating and optimizing online platforms for increasing content • Content marketing via generating text and pictorial content in the form of article, info graphics, motion graphic, etc. • Analyzing customer actions and responding to them in social network channels • Increasing sales to the maximum through applies territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both students and universities • Maximizing efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area collecting necessary documents for visa application as well as instructing changes (if need be) to documentation provided • Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork in accordance with IRCC rules and regulations, and ensuring prompt visa submission in regards with admission timeline • Preparing written Submissions and a thorough study plan for each student based on his/her personal circumstances via detailed analysis of documents provided by clients based on the checklist • Receiving and responding client’s queries within the legal framework • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on each student's application and visa statues • Filling up client's visa application forms & Study Permit applications thorough understanding of the immigration regulation and policies is a MUST • Preparing submission packages for assigned clients, following up with respective government agencies and updating clients. • Managing time efficiently in order to meet deadlines on multiple projects. • Arranging all intra-organizational and external meeting according CEO orders and confirmation. • Phone answering, receiving and transmitting related massages, papers and faxes to CEO

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration, Consulting and Business Services is required - applicants with extensive experience with study permits and Canada Immigration services are prioritized • Fluency in English is a MUST • Familiar with immigration clients and market • Marketing strategies, campaign design, social media analysis methods, management, content creating & marketing • Relevant experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. • Effective negotiation skills & well in communication skills • Eager to activated challenging targets • Energetic, hardworking, Problem solving, self-motivated, creative and team player as well as being honest and trustworthy • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines • Mastery of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, zoom, drop box, and PowerPoint)
