Job Description
• Main Objective:
A passionate sales executive who can derive client insights, influence, and collaborate with a variety of teams. You are a forward thinker who acts with purposefulness and speed and is committed to championing new ideas and creativity while using humor and positively to build a winning team
• Main Responsibilities:
-Searching for new clients having the potential to be our customers for sea, land and air services
- Update Sales and marketing manager by sending reports such as daily calls, weekly work plans
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meeting
- Maximizes efforts to achieve the target
- Solving client problems, managing and interpreting customer requirements to ensure the quality of service
- Be responsible for direct sales
- Generate new business through identifying, prospecting, managing and closing new opportunities
- Liaising with other members of the sales team
- Monitoring the market and competition
-Telemarketing
- Manage communication between the customer, commercial team, accounting, and the operations team
- Working Time: Saturday – Wednesday: 08:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. / Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m.
- Commission / Bonus: Yes
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years in Marketing & Sales in shipping companies
- Good negotiation skills
- Industry experience in the fields of technology, logistics, shipping
- Proven success with prospecting and selling skills to land new accounts
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Knowledge base of e-commerce, technology, and corporate contacts is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Familiar with CRM and other data entry systems
- Being familiar with the marketing plan, marketing research
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Being creative & flexible
- Ability to communicate with the people in/out the company easily and perfectly
- Being talented & smart
- Fluent in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, excel
- Problem solving capability
- Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
- Having any certificate in transportation field would be a positive point
