● Manage direct and indirect sales channels and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the channels. ● Maximize sales team performance ● Determine and evaluate the sales team's KPI. ● Train and develop the sales team. ● Conduct market research. ● Provide weekly, daily, and monthly sales reports. ● Determine the program for discounts and prices.
