Job Description

● Handle and coordinate commercial affairs such as order obtaining. ● Answer inquiries and follow them. ● Direct contact with customers according to specified elements. ● Create purchase orders, based on company purchase policies. ● Get price lists from suppliers. ● Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods. ● Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving. ● Working hours: Sat-Wed 8:30 am-4:30 pm/Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Expert or in purchasing and or procurement field. ● Self-disciplined, diligent, and teamwork skills. ● Good negotiation skills. ● Relevant experience in Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals will be considered as an advantage. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook. ● Male or Female.
