Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacology
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
● Understanding common terminology in the industry of human medicine.
● Leadership and teamwork skills.
● Good presentation and communication skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Good command of computer literacy (MS Office).
● Relevant product and industry knowledge.
● Knowledge of market research.
● Experienced Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting.
● Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
● Able to expand, manage and lead a sales and marketing team in a dynamic atmosphere with effective negotiation skills.
● Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
