sales manager for CHAIN STORES
Responsible for the key accounts and maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities.
The role holder will be responsible to penetrate customers' market and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
● Visit stores.
● Team routing & alignment.
● Following up on the annual contract implementations.
● Supervising promotions, sampling/marketing related issues in HM.
● Negotiating with store supervisors about promo space and orders.
● Apply new prices in each chain and insure the labelling.
● Check unit prices of us vs customer upon delivery.
● Check sales report per day.
● Check and monitor availability and stock level per store.
● Competitor activity and price control.
● Select empty spaces for advertising out of HO control.
● Team support to reach targets.
● Financial follow up with chains for payment, overdue etc.
● Resolve the issues of delivery to customers.
● Check the presence and execution of SRs & merchandisers.
● Check the unit prices of Danone vs customer upon delivery.
● Check visual reports of SRs per day.
● Forecast for chains and measure forecast accuracy.
Requirements
● University qualifications: at least Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Other certifications obtained: related to sales and marketing trainings.
