-Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
-Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products
-Managing customer relationship, visit customer & solving their issues
-Attending relevant trade exhibitions
-Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals
-Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with B2B partners
-Track business performance and timely progress reports to management
-Offer product knowledge and technical expertise to increase customer demands
-Analyze sales statistics
Requirements
-At least 5 years professional experience in related field
-Good knowledge of desktop computer software market and desktop/mobile consumer electronics
-Ability to communicate, demonstrate and influence target customers
-Energetic, results oriented
-Accepts accountability and expects accountability
-Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
