and need a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. Currently we are looking for a
Sales manager expert who looks for ways to bring more revenue to a company.
• The business development expert must keep abreast of competitor's strategies.
• In addition, the developer must have an in-depth knowledge of his company's own products, marketing strategies and key demographics.
• Plan, organize and manage all sales activities.
• Lead and develop a highly motivated and well performing sales team
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products
• Managing customer relationship, visit customer & solving their issues
• Attending relevant trade exhibitions
• Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals
• Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with B2B partners
• Plan and promote strong sales with B2C customers
• Track business performance and timely progress reports to management
• Offer product knowledge and technical expertise to increase customer demands
• Analyze sales statistics
