- Responsible for meeting Sales Quota
- Plan and Manage all activities related to sales
- Developing Sales Strategies
- Lead and Supervise sales force/visitors through policy setting and operating procedures
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and requirements
- Generate frequent sales reports to the CEO
- Track customers' account balance in close relationship with the finance department
- Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries
- Increase the speed and quality of the sales process
- Customer retention and acquisition
Requirements
- Business Degree or related professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in as a sales manager in the Food Industry
(Relevant Experience in sales of Nuts and Dried Fruit Snacks is a huge plus)
- Familiar with Planning, Control, and Sales Management Systems
- Familiar with Sales through Distribution Channels
- Familiar with Sales through Chain Stores
- Great Leadership skills
- Outstanding Communications Skills
- Fluent in English
- Great Command of Softwares such as MS Office Suite and CRM (Preferably MABNA)
- Preferably male
- Ability to work under pressure.
