-Manage the sales team
-Define, implement and report sales activities
-Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distributers
-Develop and define the business plan with the superior manager
-Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information
-Interface with customers and distributors in answering questions and solving problems regarding product/marketing issues
-Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
-Implement marketing strategies; analyze trends and results
-Ensure good collaboration between sales department and the other departments
Requirements
-Doctor of Pharmacy or Medicine (MBA is a plus)
-Minimum of 8 year's sales experience
-Ability to plan, organizes, monitor, and execute sales and marketing projects within budget on schedule
-Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers
-Ability to assess customer needs and evaluation of customer satisfaction
-Understanding of health care system requirements
-Strong ability to persuade, explain and advise ability to influence
-Language Skills: English
-Computer Skills: Great command of MS-Office software
