This role is concerned solely with planning, implementing and monitoring of sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Establishing sales targets, planning to achieve targets
• Planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of the sales and marketing division.
• Monitoring the performance against agreed targets and allocated budgets through periodical reporting.
• Managing and supervising staff.
• Directing staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
• Reporting to the Managing Director on organizational plans and performance.
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Requirements
• Engineering Background.
• Minimum 10 years of related working experience (at least 3 years of which should be in sales management).
• Extensive knowledge of the country industry structure.
• Practical knowledge of English language, commercial and contractual correspondences.
• A Strong Public Relation and communication skill is a must.
• Must have strong management and teamwork skills.
