Job Description

● Work in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals equipment. ● Recruit, and train the sales team. ● Evaluate processes and procedures of the sales team. ● Determine improvement opportunities and implement improvement projects. ● Prepare detailed sales forecasts. ● Create accurate interaction with customers and attract new orders. ● Promote a competitive and collaborative environment for sales team members. ● Evaluate individual performance through observation and measurement and offer suggestions to improve performance, if needed. ● Benefits: fixed salary and commission. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. ● Eight years of useful work experience in sales. ● Strong written and oral communication skills in Farsi and English. ● Proven ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets and quotas. ● Excellent team leadership skills. ● Experience in setting sales goals and interacting with customers. ● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills. ● Having a deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Proficient in English. ● Mastery of piping and preferably electricity and precision tools to work in a trading company.
