Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job: • To effectively lead, manage, control and motivate Distributors sales team and medical representatives to deliver country sales targets • To achieve distribution / coverage targets and deliver excellence • To outperform competitors in the different channels with KPI being market share, numeric and weighted distribution Main Responsibilities: • Define sales and detailing targets for the country • Plan and set a structure (long term) to achieve the objectives of the company • Preparing marketing and sales plan and monitor the execution of these plans by distributors sales team and medical team • Plan and implement activities and actions that would cater to the specific needs of the country /region and by channel • Identify issues (problems or opportunities) that could affect sales volume and propose actions pro-actively • Manage and control sales and marketing budget • Drive sales development in the country • Prepare required reports such as (but not limited to) sales and stock report, medical team activity report sales productivity, etc. on a timely basis • Investigate competitors' performance and efficiency • Identify and seek new sales channel and propose new solutions to increase sales level • Market visit and activity reports in covered areas • Provide reliable monthly sale forecasting

Requirements

Education: • University degree in Business Administration or other Business Fields (related to sales) Experience: • Minimum 3 years effective and successful experience in sales management preferably in skin care Skills: • High level of Leadership and teamwork skills and ability to inspire people • Cross-functional mindset with experience of coordination with other functions. • Good commands of working with MS Office • Fluency in English
